My name is Rina and I'm 29 years of age staying at bukit panjang. I'm looking for admin assistant job urgently. I have 1 year of experience in admin position at Engineering Company with a good friendship bond with the boss, manager as well as with all the workers. I always perform my best in my work and I was told that I have a good filling skills and a good house-keeping. Even though I'm not working there but at certain times when they need help in some general office work, I will always help them by coming down to work as a part-timer. Currently I am on process in completing my private Diploma in Secretarial Admin. I like to learn new skills other than my job scope and don't mind multi-tasking. I have obtain Certificate in Business Administration (Level 2) and currently looking for Company that have good benefit and better career advancement and if possible around west area, town area or nearby. Below are some of the job scope that I have experience at Engineering Company:

Administrative job scope/Perform general office duties
 - Maintaining records management database system
 - Basic booking keeping work
 - Prepare invoice, D.O and Quotation
 - Prepare payroll for all employee
 - Answering call and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages
 - Keep monthly record of creditor and debtor efficiency
 - Handle Faxes and emails
 - Maintain a good house keeping around the office
 - Keep monthly record of company sales
 - Issue payment voucher
 - Filling all document in order
 - Ensure both creditor and debtor payment is being Made efficiency
